Each year we strive to bring in the most relevant, up to date, informational speakers possible to Manitoba Ag Days. This year is no exception: the program has been finalized for the 2027 show and the depth of knowledge in this selection of speakers is amazing.
We could not put on such a world class speaking event if it were not for our partnerships with FCC, MNP, Manitoba Agriculture, Manitoba Canola Growers, Manitoba Crop Alliance and the Manitoba Pulse and Soybean Growers Association and of course the presenters themselves. Glen Rabenberg

Glen Rabenberg is the founder and owner of Soil Works LLC and still maintains his third-generation organic farm in Bancroft, South Dakota, where he was born and raised. After earning a BS in Animal Science, General Agriculture and Agriculture Economics from South Dakota State University in 1985, he went to work as an Animal Science Technical Advisor for Walco International and saw that many of the animal diseases he was treating traced back to poor grain and forage. That sent him to the soil, which he checks like a living thing: EC for the pulse, a penetrometer as the respiration/stress test, and soil and plant tissue tests as the blood work. Glen is the innovator behind GSR Calcium and travels the world helping growers correct the cause instead of reacting to symptoms - with "a little bit of simplicity and the 'rite' tools." He also talks soil with Dr. Tom Dykstra in the Soil Solutions series on the Soil Works YouTube channel, which has more than 70,000 subscribers.
