Each year we strive to bring in the most relevant, up to date, informational speakers possible to Manitoba Ag Days. This year is no exception: the program has been finalized for the 2027 show and the depth of knowledge in this selection of speakers is amazing.
We could not put on such a world class speaking event if it were not for our partnerships with FCC, MNP, Manitoba Agriculture, Manitoba Canola Growers, Manitoba Crop Alliance and the Manitoba Pulse and Soybean Growers Association and of course the presenters themselves. Ashley Nicholls, founder of REACH Agriculture Strategies, specializes in “low-stress people handling,” helping agricultural businesses strengthen workplace culture, improve retention, and develop effective teams. Based in Foothills, Alberta, Ashley is a 2026 Nuffield Canada Scholar researching the impact of workforce management practices on employers, employees, and rural communities, with a focus on bringing practical, global insights to Canadian producers.
