Jeff Kostuik is the General Manager of Verve Seed Solutions, a company established in 2022 through the merger of Hemp Genetics International and Tritium T3H. In addition to his leadership role, Jeff actively farms near Russell, Manitoba, cultivating oilseeds, pulse crops, cereals, and hemp. With a strong background in applied research, Jeff previously managed the Parkland Crop Diversification Foundation for the provincial government before transitioning to private industry. His expertise in crop development and innovation is further complemented by his involvement with fababeans through Harvest Genetics International and HPS Food and Ingredients, where he is a part owner and board member. As a Select Grower with the Canadian Seed Growers Association (CSGA), Jeff combines hands-on farming experience with strategic leadership, contributing valuable insights to the agriculture industry.
