New Products at Manitoba Ag Days
Manitoba Ag Days is a premier agricultural trade show with success attributed to keeping the show current and showcasing the many new products available in the agriculture industry. Exhibitors who opt to participate in this feature will have signage to highlight their NEW PRODUCT for the 2018 show. This year 11 companies will feature 17 new products all with a chance of winning the 2018 Best New Product title.
Winner of the Best New Product 2017 was Seed Master’s Towable Tower with an honorable mention to Eastwood Products for their heavy equipment jack.
The New Product entries for 2018 include:
A.R.K. New Tech Ltd. The Quiet Drier is a portable grain dryer that is 50% quieter with a more comfortable tone then vane axial portable driers. It also comes with a higher grain throughput.
AgCon Equipment Ltd. The Posi-Track RT-30 is ASV’s smallest compact track loader that is 48” wide making it ideal for landscaping, working around the yard and barn or anywhere you need versatility and power in a small package.
Agtron Enterprises Ltd. is a monitoring system that will measure blockages with multiple products in the same air stream.
ATP: Soygreen is the only form of iron proven to prevent and correct Iron Deficiency Chlorosis in soybeans.
CropPro Consulting: SWAT MAPS and SWATBOX is a variable rate seed and fertilizer prescription service based on soil, water and topography data. SWATBOX is a tool that uses geo references and collects the soils electrical conductivity data while towed behind a farmer’s seeding or tillage tool.
FMC: Authority Supreme is a soil applied pre-emergent herbidice that combines two modes of action for extended control of tough to kill grasses and broadleaf weeds.
Gallagher: TouchScreen Livestock Scales is a new line of livestock scales with full color display delivering maximum screen visibility regardless of sunlight and is designed to repel water and withstand tough operating environments.
MacDon: (3 entries)
M1 Series Windrower is the new level in windrower performance delivering power, performance, comfort and speed. Powered by Cummins engines it is designed to increase header capacity on three interchangeable cutting platforms.
D1XL Series Draper Headers are taking harvesting performance to the next level with this super-sized harvesting header featuring an ultra-deep deck with 50” wide drapers delivering up to 30% increased capacity in heavy conditions.
D1 and FD1 combine headers designed to maximize productivity for the most challenging harvest conditions with the new FEEDMAcX™ crop feeding system.
MooCall MooCall HEAT is an ear tag heat sensor to be placed on every cow and a collar to be attached to the bull. Using a combinations of monitoring bulls behavior, mounting activity and proximity it can diagnose cows in heat. When a cow is in heat data is sent via SMS to notify the user and recorded in the Breedmanager App.
Overton Environmental Enterprises Inc.: EcoTea™ is a biological inoculant that is available in both dry and liquid for cereals, beans, canola and speciality crops. It is designed to enhance and promote the growth of seedlings, improve root development, improve stress tolerance and crop performance.
Pentair-Hypro (3 entries)
3D spray nozzle developed with over 10 years of application and wind tunnel research to optimize the droplet spectrum and spray incline to provide maximum coverage. The 3D nozzle comes standard with the new “SnapLock” cap that assembles to the nozzle body requiring less torque then standard nozzle caps. It is also the first flat fan to gain LERAP drift reduction.
9310 Series ForceField Centrifugal Pump is a wet seal technology pump providing ultimate protection of the mechanical seal against dry run conditions or chemical bonding failures by using barrier fluid in a separate chamber to keep the seal lubricated and cool.
Duo React is a pneumatically actuated single and a 4-way nozzle body incorporated into one compact unit eliminating the need for twin lines.
