For over thirty years, agriculture and education has driven Sue Clayton’s professional career. As the Executive Director of Agriculture in the Classroom – Manitoba, she loves working with students, educators and volunteers to share the agriculture story about where our food comes from and the diverse careers in the sector.

Ketan Kaushish has over ten years of experience working in the agriculture industry in commodity trading and in the seed, pesticide industry. Prior to founding Ukko Agro, Ketan was the global lead for Syngenta’s seed treatment portfolio for potato, cotton, and all vegetable crops.Prior to that, Ketan spent half a decade trading commodities with Louis Dreyfus and Cargill. Ketan has lived and worked across 3 continents and recently relocated to Canada in late 2016. Ketan is an MBA from Cornell University.

Craig Klemmer is a Principal Economist with experience in agricultural markets and risk. He specializes in monitoring and analyzing the macroeconomic environment, modelling industry health and providing industry risk analysis.

Roy Arnott has an Ag degree from the University of Manitoba and has been with Manitoba Agriculture and Resource Development for the over 26 years, working as an Ag Rep and Farm Management Specialist responsible for the annual Cost of Production spreadsheets for production costs, risk management, farmland rental and purchasing decision making. His belief is that the every production decisions must also consider the economic costs and benefits for success and profitability. Roy and his wife Marilynn have two daughters, a Physiotherapist in St. Pierre and a Labour and Delivery Nurse at HSC in Winnipeg. Family time is filled with camping, hiking, skiing and occasionally crashing mountain bikes.
